New in June 2023
The Municipality of St.-Charles is in the process of transitioning to a new meeting software (eScribe). The direct link to the Agendas and Minutes can be accessed below. The first meeting using the eScribe software was June 21, 2023 and all future meetings can be accessed this way.
Meetings prior to June 21, 2023 will be uploaded to the Archives section below. We are in the process of uploading this information and will be uploading two (2) years worth (2021 & 2022). Any information prior to 2021 or not yet uploaded can be obtained by contacting the Clerk at [email protected].
Meeting Schedules
Committee of the Whole meetings are scheduled for the first Wednesday of every month. There are no Committee of the Whole meetings in the months of January, July and August.
Regular Meetings of Council are scheduled for the third Wednesday of every month.
Meetings are held at 6:00pm in Council Chambers located at 2 King St E, St.-Charles, unless otherwise posted.

PLEASE NOTE:
- Council Meetings shall be broadcast live, but video recordings will not remain available online. The public may request an audio recording of any public meeting, by written request to the Clerk.
- Members of the public who cannot attend a meeting of Council in-person, may submit written questions to the Clerk, which clearly indicate the Agenda Item and question (maximum of two (2). Written questions must be received by the Clerk no later than 4:00 p.m. on the last business day before the Council Meeting. Written questions received will be read by the Clerk during the meeting.
