The Municipality of St.-Charles has passed By-law 2004-09 click here

‘being a by-law to permit the operation of off-road vehicles on any highway within the municipality that is under the jurisdiction of the municipality, or on any part or parts of such highways’

By passing this by-law, this allows you to operate an off-road vehicle on highways under the jurisdiction of the Municipality of St.-Charles if you meet all the requirements listed in by-law 2004-09, the Highway Traffic Act and provincial regulation which can be found at E-Laws under Highway Traffic Act – Highway Traffic Act – O. Reg. 316/03 .
